Online Order Return Policy: All returns must be pre-approved by emailing admin at DFP.com and given an RMA number. When approved for return, customer will be given store credit for merchandise. Any returns sent back without an RMA# will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee and the balance issued as store credit. All store credit expires 6 months from date of issue. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable to/from customer. Intimate merchandise (lingerie, sex toys, etc.) are never returnable. We will provide manufacturer information for replacement when needed. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be treated as returns without an RMA#.

International Orders: In addition to the usual online order policies, customer is responsible for all customs fees, and any other fees/taxes associated with shipping the order. Any packages not claimed or undeliverable will be treated as abandoned, and are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. All orders will be shipped to the billing address. All packages will require a signature. No exceptions, don't bother asking.
