She can be made in medium thick garment cowhide, which is a nice little warm up, with a bit of weight, OR, neoprene rubber, which is slappy, heavy and stings quite a lot. Bessie's ten lashes are 12" long by 1/2" wide on an 8" handle. And you may choose from a rigid handle or a flexible one.
