We have been using the same craftperson to make these since 1982. They are made of solid Filipine mahogany and strap around the torso. We have modified them recently so that there is no center tightener. Instead, you tighten on both sides of the breasts and there is an eyebolt for an optional neck brace if needed for smaller torsos. Please see additional pictures for photos of Karen's serving tray option which has a longer bottom piece to serve drinks, snacks, etc. This is a great piece for a formal slave. Please inquire directly if you would like it made of a particular exotic wood for your slave or Master.
