This is Karen's first bdsm tool design and we are very happy with it. The handle is phillipian mahogany, which is a very lightweight wood. We finely oil the wood so this is it's natural color, no stain or chemical finish. Over time, your skin's natural oils will darken the wood and it will be a character piece all your own, which is important in our own toys. The strap is a 1/2" wide strip of sturdy cowhide burgundy leather that has been finished to a buttery softness. Overall length is 17.5" with the handle being 6". TOP REPORT: Reddens nicely with a definite sting and satisfying slap. Folds neatly into purse or pocket. BOTTOM REPORT: Stings like a mother f---! I can't believe something so soft and smooth and pleasing to caress could have such a bite.
